By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Me, you and baby too.

Me, you and baby too has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Me, you and baby too shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Payments

You may only book services for yourself or for another person who has given you appropriate authority. By using a credit or debit card to pay for our Services you are confirming that you have legal authority to use that card and that all information that you have provided to us is accurate. We reserve the right not to provide any Services where we suspect that fraud may be involved.

We use Stripe for payments processing. Our web site does not collect any card information, but send it to Stripe directly from your browser using an encrypted connection. For more information about Stripe security see here.

Cancellations and Refunds

In cases where you have booked a service that you no longer require due to major life changing circumstances we will refund your fee. Please contact us to discuss.

In cases where courses do not have enough applicants, the said course might be cancelled or postponed at our sole discretion. We will contact you to discuss if this situation arises.

In the above circumstances, you are entitled to a full refund of the course fee. Alternatively, you can opt to take one of our one-to-one personalised sessions instead.

Refunds will normally take between 5 and 10 working days to appear on your account.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms or the content and format of any service provided at any time. The last change date of the Terms and / or services will be published in this document only.
